Terms & Conditions

LonBrook Pty Ltd (LonBrook) distributes products on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to accept these terms and conditions which constitute the entire agreement.

The customer is entitled to retail products supplied by LonBrook, to consumers via physical retail stores, ecommerce stores, party planning business, and may not, act as a wholesale supplier of these products to other retailers. 

Pricing Policy

All prices are wholesale, and are in Australian dollars excluding GST and are advertised on this LonBrook website (RRPs are inclusive of GST).LonBrook reserves the right to change its price structure at its sole discretion. Changes in price structure will be promptly notified to customers via email and on this website.

New Accounts and Payment Terms

Prospective new customers are required to complete a written New Account Application, accessible via the web site. New accounts will only be opened on satisfactory review of this Application, including granting of password access to the LonBrook website. In general LonBrook will require up to 24 hours to authorise new account applications. All new customers are given pre-payment terms.
Prepaid means 100 % payment on all orders, prior to delivery of those orders.

LonBrook reserves the right to change payment terms at any time at its discretion. Customers will be notified of such change via email and it will apply to any order following the notification. LonBrook reserves the right to terminate a customer account at any time.

Payments may be made via credit cards American Express, Visa and Mastercard and via direct deposit to LonBrook bank account.

Title to Goods

Title to goods passes to the Customer at the time goods are paid for.

Ordering of Product

Orders may be placed via the LonBrook Web site, by phone or by email. Prepaid orders must be paid at time of purchase. Prepaid orders not paid within three (3) days of purchase, will result in the order being cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from receipt of order/payment, and shipping times are estimated at between 2 – 5 business days depending on customer location.

Freight charges are calculated in real time in the shopping cart, dependent on weight, volume and location.

LonBrook offers a comprehensive Drop Ship option for its wholesale customers, which attracts additional handling fees. Drop ship orders to your customers contain a pick slip only.

Warranty

All products distributed by LonBrook to its customers are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to our customers customer. The product is covered under warranty only if it was used for the purpose it was intended. This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. LonBrook will not allow any claims for labour or other expenses necessary to replace or repair damages caused by defective product.

Products which are found to be defective will be credited. If a replacement is required from LonBrook, it will be charged at the standard customer rate and shipped freight free. Products are to be returned by Retailers with a written description of the fault, and the date purchased to Unit F15 2A Westall Rd, Clayton 3168 Victoria. A pre email notice should also be sent advising of the return to: sales@lonbrook.com  LonBrook will not offer credit for inventory returned with no fault found, or as a result of inventory ordered which is surplus to requirement or is older than 6 months from date of dispatch from LonBrook.

LonBrook may distribute non-apparel products that are intended for use strictly as adult novelty toys for entertainment. They are not intended for medical use and have not been clinically tested. No medical claims are warranted or implied by the use of these products.

Damaged Stock or Shortage in Shipment

LonBrook does not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled based on individual circumstances. The customer is to accept the shipment and note “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier. The customer must notify LonBrook within 5 days after receipt. Photographic evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to any further investigation and replacement. Generally, damaged stock is replaced within one week; product return, is required and is to be returned to LonBrook, F15 2A Westall Rd, Clayton 3168, Victoria.

The above Terms and Conditions supersede all previous term and conditions.
